Permanent Exhibition in The Jan Matejko Memorabilia Museum

The exhibition is located inside a wooden house built in the middle of the 19th century by Joanna and Leonard Serafiński, Matejko’s in-laws, between the castle and the monastery in Wiśnicz, which was often visited by Jan Matejko in the 60s and 70s of the 19th century.

This exhibition presents numerous souvenirs of this famous painter.
