On October 25, 2024, the Director of the Museum of the Tarnów Region designated Thursday as the free admission day for permanent exhibitions at all museum branches. The last entry is possible 30 minutes before closing.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for minors.
- Priority is given to visitors with confirmed reservations made by phone or email.

Ticket pass – a promotional ticket valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. It allows single admission to each of the following museum branches:
- The seat of the Museum of the Tarnów Region at 3 Market Square
- Town Hall – Gallery of Old Art
- Museum of the History of Tarnów and the Region
- Ethnographic Museum
- "Panorama" Gallery
- Regional Center for Education about Remembrance
