Description of commemoration

As part of the performative action of Gunter Demnig in the city of Osnabrück there were stolpersteines, Stumbling Stones, also known as Memorial Stones. They can be found in two locations: at Große Rosenstraße 1-3 (Gypsies lived at number 3) for 4 members of the Winter and Schmidt families; and at Schützenstraße 24 for 6 members of the Strauss family.
